Evergrain and TimberTech composite decking. Composites are the fasting growing segment of the decking market and are the most poplar choice for low maintenance decks. They will not cup, warp, split, splinter and do not require painting or staining.
Composites have a similar appearance and feel to wood, with some offering realistic grain finishes. There are a wide range of natural color choices available to coordinate with any home exterior.
While they will require periodic cleaning to remove environmental dirt, composites are far less maintenance than other decking materials. Composites are considered to be environment friendly "Green" building products, as most are made of recycled or reclaimed plastic and wood materials.

Vinyl decking is popular for those who prefer a light colored deck surface. Vinyl won't rot, warp or splinter. It will not chip, peel, blister or flake like painted wood. Presidio vinyl decking also offers the advantage of a hidden fastener system, which produces a very clean look.
Presidio decking has a slip resistant surface that remains comfortable to the touch even in hot weather. Its nonporous surface cleans easily and resists stains.

Presidio decking features easy-to-install one-piece construction, requiring no special tools, attachment devices, or clips to apply. The fastening screws are hidden and can be easily installed with a power screwdriver.

Although the initial cost of vinyl is slightly more than wood, vinyl upkeep costs are minimal. About the only maintenance required for Westech Fence decking materials is the occasional washing to maintain the durable finish. |
